Role: Full time Project Coordinator / PMO
Location: Anywhere in the PH (remote job)
Requirements:
• College graduate
• 2 to 3 years of BPO experience - voice (preferred) and email (optional) OR someone who has extensive work relationship with directors or C-level executives as Admin assistant
• Resides anywhere in the Philippines
• Design experience: Photoshop, Canva, Presentation designs etc.
• Exceptional leadership, task, and resource management skills
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling information
• Highly resourceful and effective working within a team and independently
• Ability to plan and keep track of and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Solid organizational skills and time-management
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• A plus: Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
• Available U.S. Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) and can work on weekends as needed
• Has own PC or laptop with intel i5 (at least 7th gen) or ryzen 5 processor, 8gb ram with camera and headset (Zoom video calls daily)
• Fast connectivity at least 25 Mbps with backup ISP
What you’ll do:
• Support a demanding executive team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Develop, review and improve administrative procedures and systems
• Plan and schedule meetings and disseminate required meeting materials
• Collect and organize files residing in SharePoint
• Organize and maintain contact management database
• Prepare and edit presentations and reports
• Document and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Produce and maintain project plans with specific details including prioritized action items with timelines
• Prepare procedures based on the completion of project plans
• Lead / facilitate project meetings
