Day 2 focused on strengthening the social welfare workforce through DSWD standards, salary benchmarking, and Total Rewards design.

𝐀𝐬𝐞𝐜. 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐏. 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐬, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝐈𝐕, discussed staffing standards and institutional capacity. At the same time, 𝐃𝐢𝐫. 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐨 presented key findings and recommendations from the 2025 NGO Salary Survey.
