OFFICIAL STATEMENT: Business Update & Policy Notice

To our Valued Customers and the Public,

We are writing to address recent concerns and reaffirm our commitment to you as a legitimate, registered business.

1. Update on Verification & Data Privacy Previously, we provided copies of our DTI, BIR, and personal IDs upfront to build trust. However, we have stopped this practice to protect the business against Identity Theft and malicious misuse. We have discovered that these documents were being used by bad actors to manufacture fake issues and violate our privacy. Rest assured, our operations remain fully registered and compliant. Proof of transactions and successful deliveries are posted regularly on our page.

2. Addressing False Accusations & Legal Action We are aware of circulating posts labeling our business as a "scam." We initially chose silence to respect free speech, but these posts have crossed the line into harassment and the spread of fake news, bypassing proper due process.

We are no longer taking this lightly. We have formally coordinated with the Philippine National Police (PNP) to secure a clearance proving we have no derogatory records. Furthermore, we have consulted with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to file formal complaints against individuals weaponizing social media to ruin a legitimate livelihood. We are prepared to let the law take its course.

3. Commitment to Our Customers regarding our post last November 7, 2024: We acknowledge the challenges we faced, and we are happy to report that most issues have been resolved. For the remaining delayed orders, our team is working overtime to complete them ASAP. We are communicating with all legitimate clients to ensure every order is fulfilled.

LuLeLa's Textile is currently experiencing significant operational disruptions affecting our supply chain and liquidity. As a result, management has made the difficult decision to suspend current transactions and refund all pending payments.

Resolution Plan: Refunds will be issued within a window of 30–60 days. Our management and legal counsel are currently taking all necessary steps to resolve the underlying issues and ensure that all accounts are settled.
