ASSOCIATION OF DISABLED AND RETIRED SEAFARER

if you are a SEAFARER, Finish Contract or Repatriated Contracted to illness or Injury. You should report to your company 72 hours upon arrival in the philippines .

Eto po ung mga benifits na makukuha nyo pag dating ninyo dito sa pilipinas.

1. Free medication here in the Philippines.
- Ang medication po ng isang seafarer na aksidente/injury or illness on board ay tumatagal ng 120 days pero sa bago pong batas pinapayagan ang company doctors na iextend ang gamutan na hindi lalagpas sa 240days.

2. SEAFARERS who are under Medication will have basic salary or Sickness Allowance for 4months and also you can reimburse all your transportation expenses while you are under medication.

3. A SEAFARER is entitled to FILE a DISABILITY BENEFITS.

(A seaman has more benefits if he is a union member or may Collective Bargaining Agreement o CBA ang kanyang barkong sinasakyan, like TCC, JSU, NIS, ITF, PSU, AMOSUP , etc…)

~ Kung kayo po ay may kamag anak o kakilala maari nyo po silang irefer sa aming Tanggapan upang mabigyan ko po sila ng Tama at Sapat na impormasyon na kailangan nila para hindi sila madala sa mga pangakong kani-kanilang mga ahensya☺.
