We are looking for a HR Generalist who is organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in HR policies and Philippine labor practices.

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• 2–5 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of Philippine labor law, HR policies, employee relations, and personnel administration
• Able to prepare and maintain HR documents
• Knowledge of QMS/ISO procedures and data privacy is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Trustworthy, confidential, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

WHO CAN APPLY?

✅ Male, not more than 45 years old.

✅ At least 5 years of professional driving experience in the Philippines

✅ Must possess a valid Code CE Driver’s License

✅ Experience operating 40-ton trailer trucks or tanker trucks

✅ Good driving record and strong commitment to road safety

✅ Applicants with previous overseas driving experience must submit a Police Clearance or Certificate of Good Conduct from the country where they were previously employed

✅ Filipino drivers with no overseas experience are welcome to apply, provided they meet the required qualifications

SALARY PACKAGE:
✅Basic QR 6,000 plus housing and transportation allowance
✅Accomodation Allowance: QAR 2,500
✅Transportation Allowance: QAR 600
✅Food is provided by the company
✅Annual keave of 21 days / year of continuous service based on Qatar Labour Law;
✅2 years contract renewable

• Maintain and properly use emergency medical equipment and ambulance resources
• Follow clinical guidelines, safety procedures, and professional standards
