What you'll do:
✔️ Diagnose device issues
✔️ Repair mobile phones
✔️ Repair laptops
✔️ Repair tablets/iPads
✔️ Perform quality testing
✔️ Update repair status
✔️ Recommend parts needed
✔️ Assist customers with technical concerns

What we're looking for:
✔️ Fresh graduates are welcome
✔️ No experience required
✔️ TESDA/technical training preferred
✔️ Willing to learn and be trained
✔️ Basic knowledge of gadget repair
✔️ Problem-solver and detail-oriented

Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities
✅ Welcome and assist customers professionally
✅ Receive and document devices for repair
✅ Explain the repair process and estimated turnaround time
✅ Update customers regarding the status of their devices
✅ Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
✅ Process payments and release repaired devices
✅ Maintain accurate customer records and repair documentation
✅ Keep the reception area clean, organized, and customer-ready
Qualifications
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Computer literate (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Willing to work during mall hours (6 days a week)
