Role Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service in a friendly and knowledgable manner
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately. Process orders, forms, applications and requests when applicable
- Refers inquiries to the appropriate department
- Maintain a general knowledge of the bank's common products and services
- Manage customer's accounts, keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of actions taken and follow-up on customer interactions

Qualification:
- At least Highschool Graduate
- Good English Communication Skills
- NO WORK EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME

Schedule: Shifting schedule

Location: Alabang

EARN UP TO 18k PLUS ALLOWANCE!!
