Prayer isn’t just about asking, it’s about acknowledging. When you kneel before God, you’re not just bringing your needs, you’re bringing your heart. There’s something powerful about pausing in the middle of life’s noise and saying, “Lord, thank You.” Thank You for the breath in my lungs. Thank You for the strength that carried me through battles I didn’t think I’d survive. Thank You for the peace that met me in my lowest moments and the grace that never gave up on me.

We often pray hardest when we’re desperate, but what if we learned to pray just as earnestly when we’re blessed? Gratitude shifts our focus from what’s missing to what’s already overflowing. Every answered prayer, every closed door, every moment of waiting carries purpose.

So pray. Pray often. Not just to receive, but to remember. Because the more you thank God for what you have, the more you’ll see His hand in everything around you—and that awareness alone is a blessing beyond measure. 🤍🙏🏻
