[PHILHEALTH SERVICES AND FIRST PATIENT ENCOUNTER (FPE) SCHEDULE]

Dear Everyone,

As discussed with the PhilHealth Officer on our activity this coming August 19, 2026 (Wednesday)

PhilHealth representatives will be available to provide the following services:
✅ New PhilHealth Registration
✅ Membership Updating
✅ Updating of Personal Information/Details
✅ Printing of PhilHealth IDs
Date: August 19, 2026
Venue: TPI Office
Program Starts: 8:00 AM

Employees and seafarers who wish to avail of these services are encouraged to bring the necessary supporting documents to facilitate processing. Birth certificate of new dependents (Child/Children), Marriage certificates (change of status), 1 ID Picture 1*1 for the lamination of the ID Cards

The First Patient Encounter (FPE), consultation and laboratories with Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center will be conducted on the following dates:
• August 19, 2026
• August 25, 2026
• August 26, 2026
• September 1, 2026

Venue: Public Health Unit (PHU) Office, Ground Floor
Time: 1:00 PM
Please note that a maximum of 15 patients per session will be accommodated.

📢 Important Reminder:
As advised by PhilHealth, employees who undergo the First Patient Encounter (FPE) are encouraged to avail of the complete YAKAP service package, which includes consultation, laboratory examinations, X-ray services, and prescribed medications, as applicable. In addition, employees are requested to ensure that their PhilHealth empanelment is completed or updated to facilitate access to the full range of available healthcare services and benefits.
