Ang daming nagsasabing ginaya daw ang skypod 3.0?
314 Architecture Studio & LLG Architects
Sa opinion ko lng bilang Architect:
1. I dont think gagayahin ng Architects ni Slater Young ang design kasi for sure alam nila na kahihiyan yun bilang professionals.
2. Same Designs really happens, hndi lng sa architectural. it happens to me before, gumawa ako ng interior design at after a week, may nakita ako sa internet sa same design or same idea. Siguro instinct sya?
3. Like the details ng walls between two units, parehong wavy ang design? I believed, both architects wants to blend the design to the site which is pinagaralan tlga nila. Same instinct.
4. The offset from balcony para magkaron ng privacy ang nasa baba, same idea. Pinagaaralan ng mga architects yan sa school kaya nagkakapareho ng design.
5. Stairs design on the side of 314 Architecture Studio and the slanted lift in skypod 3 is different. Of course dahil ang isa ay resort and the other one is apartment/housing.
6. Nagkapareho lng ng design kasi pareho sila ng site, masmagandang ị maximize ang design pra hndi masayang ang kagandahan ng views sa lugar.
Marami pang ibang dahilan pra masabi ko na hndi sya ginaya at ito ay opinion ko lang. Hintayin ntin ang paliwanag ng team ni Slater Young, for sure maglalabas sila.

Architects, lets all appreciate the architecture, lets be proud of it.
