Frame Working Trainee under the TITP deployed. 【TITP·建築分野】型枠施工技能実習生を日本へ送り出しました

On August 18, 2026, STRATEGIC Team Japan successfully dispatched a Technical Intern Trainee to Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) for **formwork construction** in the construction sector. The trainee departing for Japan is: ① Mr. NOGUERA M. [DR-2693] (Host Organization: YABUTA Engineering Firm Co., Ltd. [E-205]). Mr. NOGUERA departed the Philippines at 10:35 AM on August 18 via China Airlines **Flight CI702 (Manila–Taipei)** and arrived in Taipei at 12:50 PM. He then transferred to **Flight CI106 (Taipei–Narita)**, departing at 4:30 PM, and arrived in Japan at 8:55 PM that same day. Upon arrival at Narita, he was met by a representative from the supervising organization, **Cooperative Global Active Business [SvO-9]**; prior to his assignment at the host company, he is scheduled to undergo the mandatory one-month Japanese language training course. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who places their trust in STRATEGIC Team Japan and provides us with ongoing support and cooperation. 2026年8月18日、STRATEGIC Team Japanは、建設分野の**型枠施工（Frame Working Works）**における技能実習制度（TITP）の技能実習生を、日本へ無事に送り出しました。今回、日本へ出発したのは、① NOGUERA M. 様［DR-2693］受入れ実施機関：YABUTA Engineering Firm Co., Ltd.［E-205］です。NOGUERA様は、8月18日午前10時35分、China Airlines **CI702便（マニラ～台北）でフィリピンを出発し、午後12時50分に台北へ到着。その後、午後4時30分発のCI106便（台北～成田）**へ乗り継ぎ、同日午後8時55分に日本へ到着しました。成田到着後は、監理団体である**Cooperative Global Active Business［SvO-9］**のご担当者様にお迎えいただき、受入れ企業への配属に先立ち、必須となる1か月間の日本語研修を受講する予定です。日頃よりSTRATEGIC Team Japanを信頼し、ご支援·ご協力いただいている皆様に、心より感謝申し上げます。皆様のご支援と信頼に、いつも感謝しております。ありがとうございます！

Continuing, Last week of August 2026 “Congratulations” to our soon departing workers! Our STRATEGIC Team Japan has successfully processed and released additional Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs) for our technical Interns trainees for the (TITP) and (SSW) Specified Skilled Workers programs. We always explain the importance of the OEC as a final step in our deployment activity. The OEC’s are the official exit clearance required by Philippine airport immigration authorities for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) including Japan trainees. This means that our trainees and workers upon receiving this final document will soon be departing for Japan to begin their programs. On August 16, 2026 we dispatched and deployed another Female skilled talent. Also from our SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) Program. We are proud to have assisted: (1) Miss ENDRINA, M. (SSW-Welder) DS[2628] she will also be joining our KITAMURA Co. Ltd. [E-154] in Saitama Prefecture. She left the Philippines via JetStar GK040 at 00:40 am and arrived at Narita Airport at around 06:10 in the morning. Mr. Kaneko, president of Oosaki Sogyo Co. Ltd. and party, a registered support organization (RSO) will be waiting for her at the gates of Narita Airport to bring her personally to her worksite and accommodations. On August 7, 2026 our team Japan deployed additional Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) , this time we are proud to assist a FEMALE talent. We dispatched a female skilled and seasoned worker in welding. Congratulations to our worker: (1) Miss MELENDRES J. (SSW-Welder) DS [2627]. She will be joining KITAMURA Co. Ltd. a known Engineering and Construction firm in Saitama Prefecture. She left the Philippines using our flag carrier Philippine Airlines flight PR 428 at 7:30 am and arrived at Narita Airport at around 13:00 pm in the afternoon. Mr. Kaneko, president of Oosaki Sogyo Co. Ltd. and party, a registered support organization (RSO) will be waiting for her at the gates of Narita Airport to bring her personally to her worksite and accommodations. 2026年8月7日、STRATEGIC Team Japanは、新たな特定技能（SSW）人材を日本へ無事に派遣いたしました。今回は、女性の優秀な人材をサポートし、日本での就労へ送り出すことができました。このたび、溶接の豊富な経験と高い技能を持つ、次の人材の日本への出発を心よりお祝い申し上げます。① MELENDRES J.さん（SSW・溶接／DS-2627MELENDRESさんは、埼玉県に所在するエンジニアリング·建設関連企業として知られる**KITAMURA Co., Ltd.**にて勤務されます。本人は、フィリピンのフラッグ·キャリアであるフィリピン航空PR428便を利用し、午前7時30分にフィリピンを出発、同日午後1時頃に成田空港へ到着いたしました。成田空港では、登録支援機関（RSO）であるOosaki Sogyo Co., Ltd.の金子社長および関係者の皆様が出迎え、本人を直接就業先および宿泊先まで送迎してくださる予定です。STRATEGIC International Manpower Services, Inc.ならびにSTRATEGIC Team Japan一同、これからも人材の皆様、パートナー企業、そして雇用主の皆様を含むすべての関係者に対し、質の高いサービスを提供できることを大変嬉しく思っております。今後も、質の高い人材·労働力を皆様に提供できるよう、誠意をもって最大限努力してまいります。STRATEGIC International Manpower Services, Inc.への変わらぬ信頼とご支援に、心より感謝申し上げます。Mabuhay!（ご活躍を心よりお祈り申し上げます！）
