✨ SHIFTING SIDES ✨
This month has been a roller coaster ride for my emotional self.
Iba ang pressure when you decided to take a new journey and new path leading to new things and experiences.
And sa situation natin because of the pandemic, we are actually forced to adjust sa new normal which means that some of the things we do must also be done in a new way.
And it’s normal to feel fear, worry, doubt and feel lost sometimes kasi we are emotional beings and we know that there are some things in life we cannot control.
But the thing is, even though it is true that some things in life cannot be controlled, we must also take note that we have full control of our lives.
How we do that? With our minds.
It will always be YOU VS. YOU
Your Negative thoughts vs. your positive thoughts
If there’s one thing this month has taught me, it would be to REST. PRAY. THINK. ACT.
Don’t act if your thoughts are not organized. Instead, take a rest, pray about it, identify those negative thoughts and give a positive spin to it.
Below are just some of the positive spin (given to me by our trainer) that you can answer to your negative thoughts.
We cannot completely remove the negative thoughts but we can totally replace them with positive ones.
I know it’s hard, it may take some time but we will get there. Practice until it becomes a habit ✨
