The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), through Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 089-2026, has extended the deadlines for the filing of tax returns, payment of corresponding taxes, and submission of required documents.

๐Ÿ“… Extended Deadline: August 17, 2026

This extension applies to taxpayers within the jurisdictions of the affected Revenue District Offices (RDOs) identified by the BIR due to the continued heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon.
