We would like to inform you that our system upgrade for Mobile ATM services is still ongoing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the upgrade has taken longer than expected, and we regret to inform you that there will be an extension of the upgrade process.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience to you, and we would like to express our sincere apologies. We assure you that our team is working diligently to complete the upgrade as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

For those merchants who haven’t submitted the Merchant Information Form for your updated business details, Please refer to this link: Merchant Information Form.

Dear Merchants ,

Effective March 31, the MIURA MO10 and M006 Devices are at the end of life by industry standards , being over three (3) to Five (5) years old, and for this reason they will no longer be supported by UBX.

As a result , we strongly recommend you to upgrade to the TianyuMP45 to ensure continued functionality and Security . We believe that it is in your best interest to upgrade to a MORE MODERN, SECURE and RELIABLE Device

We value your business tremendously and acknowledge your contribution to the growth of i2i Mobile ATM. We are conducting improvements to our systems and processes such as security protocols, merchant onboarding and settlement. The online safety and continued growth of our partners and customers is our top priority. We also understand your business continuity is fundamental.

In line with this, we are implementing changes to the Mobile ATM Service to serve you better. There will be a major system upgrade starting March 31, 2023. Our goal is to minimize disruption or downtime but this may still be possible - rest assured we are addressing this and will continuously update you.

During the upgrade - and in compliance with the regulations set by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, we require all our merchants to update their information in our database through the Merchant Information Update Program link.

Only Merchants who have submitted and completed the Merchant Information Form will be able to enjoy all i2i Mobile ATM services after the system upgrade. The accounts of Merchants who are unable to complete the form will be temporarily suspended until they are able to complete the relevant requirements.
