PHILIPPINE DEBT 📈

Umakyat sa P18.16 trillion ang total outstanding debt ng bansa sa katapusan ng Pebrero, ayon sa Bureau of the Treasury (BTr).

P25.74 billion itong mas mataas kumpara noong Enero.

Paliwanag ng BTr, nagkaroon ng "modest uptick" dahil sa patuloy na pagprayoridad sa domestic financing sa gitna ng "unfavorable external developments."

Sa kabuuang utang, P12.48 trillion ang domestic debt at P5.68 trillion ang external debt.
