Training virtually is always challenging in terms of impact on participants, and your feedback tells that you’ve gone beyond cognitive learning which is what CMTC works for. We don’t engage in alot of Training to ensure that each is done with life transforming results.
Thank you to the 1,350 SSS Frontline personnel who completed the “Customer Relations in the Digital Age: Managing Emotions in Times of Uncertainty and Stress” it was a marathon of straight 30 days to finish 14 batches on time and you all gave Outstanding ratings.
