โœ… Relevant drilling operations competencies or Heavy Equipment certificates (such as industry-standard units like RIINHB304E), valid driver's license (often a Commercial Driver's License), and safety trainings.
โœ… Ability to work closely with geologists, offsiders, and site supervisors in remote or roster-based environments.
