Nearing the end of our 90th anniversary month, a noodle session was hosted by President and COO Bryan U. Yap and nephew Renzo Yap Tan at the Nayak Mine Office as iyaman to the underground workforce. This has become a regular bonding activity between the mining frontlines and top management dating back to the end of the pandemic.

While we look forward to a brighter future, we will not forget the moments that made us stronger.

At 90 years, Lepanto Consolidated Mining Companyโ€™s true treasure was never hidden in the depths of the earth. Itโ€™s sitting right here, sharing stories, laughter, and a meal.

Last September 21, 2026, the CPJ Food Court came alive for "Iyaman!", a Retireesโ€™ Night dedicated to the true backbone of our history.

From all corners, they showed up:
1. 145 retirees across generations and departments
2. A standout delegation of 15 retirees leading the charge from the Mine Operations Group!
3. A father and son retirees
4. Our venerable elder shining bright at a magnificent 90 years young
5. Devoted travelers all the way from Tanay, Rizal

Joined by President & COO Bryan Spencer U. Yap and VP for HR & Administration Knestor Jose Y. Godino, it was a night of pure gratitude, timeless mine site jokes, and golden memories.

To the hands that built the Lepanto we know today, Iyaman and welcome home!
