One of the many similar projects we will undertake soon!

Special thanks to the owners, who trusted an obscure team from Central Mindanao, Municipality of Maramag.

It's a real challenge to their company as the plants are using top-of-the line industrial equipment that is based in US and EU contractors. We know they won't settle for less, so much so, settle for inferior workmanship.

Their keen observation on our previous works from several years ago maybe the reason they choose us.

Factors may also contribute in our telecom projects and work at height safety, probably made them comfortable in selecting us.

ZJ BENY RSD (New Model)

Rapid Shutdown (RSD) is a critical safety technology in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems designed to quickly reduce the voltage on the direct current (DC) side of a solar array, usually to below 30 volts within 30 seconds. This technology is mandated by the National Electrical Code (NEC) for all rooftop solar installations to protect first responders and maintenance personnel from high-voltage electric shocks.

The key benefits of RSD in solar systems:

Enhanced First Responder and Personnel Safety: The primary benefit is reducing the risk of electric shock for firefighters and maintenance personnel. Traditional DC systems can operate at up to 1000 volts, which remains live even when the inverter is off, as long as the sun is shining. RSD lowers this to safe levels.

Fire Prevention and Risk Mitigation: RSD helps prevent fires by reducing the risk of DC arc faults, which are a major cause of solar-related fires. It can automatically shut down the system if a fault is detected.

Regulatory Compliance: NEC 690.12 mandates rapid shutdown for rooftop solar in many areas, including North America, making it necessary to pass inspections, obtain permits, and comply with building codes.

Increased System Reliability and Maintenance Efficiency: RSD allows for module-level, precise control, meaning technicians can shut down specific sections of an array for maintenance without turning off the entire system.

System Protection: During unexpected events, such as when a tree falls on a roof or a fire breaks out, the RSD prevents the electrical conduits from remaining energized, protecting the structure and the investment.
