We would like to inform our valued subscribers that the recent internet interruption was due to maintenance by our main internet provider, along with multiple fiber breaks and a fire-related incident that affected our network lines. The interruption started from the fire incident in the Abubakar area, which also impacted lines extending from Basak Malutlut, Tuca, Saduc, and other downtown areas. These issues required extensive repair work to fully restore connectivity.

Our technical team is working continuously to manage the repairs and fully restore services in all areas, even during the observance of Ramadan. Some areas, including our lines at the MSU area, have now been restored as of today.
