Most customers are fooled into buying expensive and processed honeys nowadays because they're labeled as "Natural", "Fresh", and "CLEAN". Oh dear, no HONEY IS DIRTY 😆 If you don't know how PURE HONEYS smell like, imagine Calamansi juice that mixed with a sweetened liquid. It has a strong citrus smell that is unique but relaxing. Fake honeys, on the other hand, smell like melted sugar 🫠 That's it.

I use honey to treat my tonsillitis, canker sores, and many other wounds. One great way to know if your purchased honey is legitimate is if it feels itchy on the throat when you swallow it. It it's fake, you're probably gonna feel a burning sensation because of the sugar. If it's pure, you're gonna feel light stings that's not irritating but rather relaxing.
