Moringa & Honey Cough Relief Remedy
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon moringa leaf powder (or 5–7 fresh moringa leaves)
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 cup warm water
Optional: a pinch of turmeric or ginger powder
Instructions:
1. If using fresh moringa leaves: Boil them in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes. Strain and let cool slightly.
If using powder: Mix 1 teaspoon of moringa powder in warm water.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey.
3. Stir well. Optionally, add a pinch of turmeric or ginger for extra anti-inflammatory benefits.
