Qualification for HR Manager
• Substantial experience (8+ years) in a senior HR generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced, growing organization
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR information systems
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR policies, processes and programs
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Qualification for CPA
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the business services or corporate advisory sector
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic financial advice
• Proficiency in using accounting software and financial analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks while also contributing to a team environment
Qualification for Accounting Staff
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related
• Experience in Accounting field is a plus
• Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines

Qualification for Marketing/Brand Managers for Life and Non-Life Insurance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field with 5+ years of marketing experience.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams
• Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to provide creative direction and feedback

Qualification of Business Dev’t Executive
• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring new client and growing a sales pipeline
• Proficiency in market research, sales, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic financial advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
