Clean Grinder = Clean Taste!

Tapos na ang grinding duties for today! Pero bago mag-rest, kailangan munang linisin ang ating grinder.

Bakit mahalaga ito? Over time, nag-iiwan ng oils ang coffee beans. Kapag hindi nalinis, pwedeng maapektuhan ang lasa ng susunod na batch. Ikaw, tuwing kailan ka naglilinis ng grinder mo?

Familiar ba kayo sa Balicucha? 🧐☕

It’s a traditional sweetener from the North made from cane sugar. Kapag inilagay mo ito sa mainit na kape, mabilis lang siyang matutunaw at magbibigay ng kakaibang creamy caramel sweetness na hindi kayang ibigay ng ordinaryong asukal. Perfect din siya as a treat habang humihigop ng brew!
