bonafide son or daughter of a farmer, fisher, or ATI-certified
LSA/Farm School.
☑️Certificate of Good Moral Character (Form 2)
☑️Certificate of No Overdue Obligations (Form 3)
☑️Recommendation letter from the ATI Center Director (Form 4)
☑️Certified true copy of TOR or certification from the last school
attended.
☑️Certified true copy of college diploma.
☑️Original NBI or Police Clearance with 1 year validity.
☑️Authenticated PSA Birth Certificate
☑️Notarized affidavit of no relation with an ATI employee up
to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity.
☑️Original Philippine Passport valid for at least 3 years
☑️Certified true copy of training certs, agri or non-agri related
☑️Tax identification number (TIN) ID.

We're leveling up youth governance in the City of Mati! 💪

Through the Capacity Development Workshop on crafting the City Youth Development Plan (CYDP), our SK Officials, LYDC members, and youth volunteers are coming together to shape programs that reflect the voice and dreams of the youth.

This initiative is powered by the City Government of Mati thru the Panlungsod na Pederasyon ng mga SK, City Planning and Development Office – Youth Welfare and Development Division, and our partners from the Davao Oriental League of Local Planning and Development Coordinators, Inc.

4H-YEBA receives financial assistance🍀

4H—Young Economic Builders Association received 10,000 pesos in financial assistance from the office of Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President of the City of Mati. This initiative is made possible with the collaboration with the Local Youth Development Office headed by Mr. Kerl Adriall Daligdig and the City of Mati Youth Development Council. The said assistance is vital in funding the organization, expanding its reach, achieving plans, and providing services that can bring a positive impact to the youths as well as to the community.

Thank you, SK Federation President Thomas Sebellino III, for your invaluable support in helping the organization achieve its goals and visions for the future.

4H-YEBA Bags Another Recognition from COA🍀

The youth-serving organization 4H-YEBA received recognition from the Commission on Audit (COA)-Mati during the flag ceremony held at the City Hall Grounds on February 3, 2024. The recognition highlights 4H-YEBA's active participation in the 2023 Citizen Participatory Audit on Solid Waste Management in the City of Mati, conducted from July to September 2024.

The awarding ceremony was graced by the organization’s president, Alexander T. Balanay III, and vice president, Jade Aian D. Gutierrez, along with other civil society organizations (CSOs) in the City of Mati.

4H-YEBA expresses its heartfelt gratitude to COA-Mati, headed by Mr. James Michael I. Polestico, CPA, MBA, for fostering this wonderful partnership, contributing to a cleaner and greener City of Mati.
