A STEPS THAT WILL BE FOLLOWED AS THE PROPRIETOR OF THE AGENCY IS A WELL-TRAINED SEASONED INTELLIGENCE OFFICER, RENDERED THIRTY THREE (33) YEARS WITH A CERTIFICATE OF HONOR AS RETIRED COMPULSORY IN THE POLICE SERVICE.

AS A TESTIMONY OF HIS SHINING RECORD HE WAS AWARDED FOR TWO (2) TIMES AS ONE (1) OF THE TEN OUTSTANDING POLICEMAN OF THE PHILIPPINES GIVEN AT MALACAÑANG PALACE, MANILA, BY HER EXCELLENCY THE PRESIDENT CORAZON C. AQUINO LAST APRIL 12, 1987.
