The phrase "The Customer is Always Right" is actually more of a catchphrase than a golden rule (literally).

Take the phrase's first half, "The Customer," for instance. Most individuals believe that this applies to all customers.

But in most situation, you'll need to consider who your ideal client is. Who makes up your primary audience? What do they find interesting? What requirements or issues do they have that your offering can address? Giving your main customers the satisfaction should still be the top priority of your business.
