Timetable for the repair is yet to be determined. Valving schedule for ACAO, BAUANG, LA UNION is temporarily suspended and will resume as soon as the repair is completed.

Nadsaag, San Juan, La Union

Please be informed that LOW PRESSURE TO NO WATER is currently being experienced by all concessionaires from San Juan to San Fernando City due to a mainline breakdown in Nadsaag, San Juan, La Union.

This situation is further affected by the damaged underground electrical wires of our wells located in Cabaroan, San Juan, La Union.

Our maintenance team is already conducting emergency repairs.

• Mainline breakdown repair is expected to be completed by tomorrow at 5:00 PM.

• The estimated time of completion for the repair of the damaged underground wires is yet to be determined, and we will provide updates as soon as available.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience.

UPDATE ON THE BREAKDOWN IN CABAROAN, SAN JUAN
30 NOVEMBER 2025 (7:30 AM)

As of 6:30 AM yesterday (29 November 2025, Saturday), operations of all wells—except one—had resumed. However, as of 6:00 AM today (30 November 2025, Sunday), only two wells remain operational.

Based on our initial inspection, a fault warning has been detected in our controls. Our field personnel are currently investigating the cause of this warning. We have also confirmed that our underground electrical wires were damaged by a third-party contractor, which may be contributing to the issue.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that our team is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
