WE’RE HIRING! | FINANCE MANAGER
Vesta Consulting Co. is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team!

POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Client Financial Management
• Review client contracts, payment milestones, billing terms, and financial clauses
• Analyze project profitability, margins, and resource costs
• Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and unbilled hours
• Manage foreign exchange considerations for international projects
Financial Operations & Reporting
• Manage cash flow and working capital
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and collection follow-ups
• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and timely vendor/subcontractor payments
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
Strategy & Financial Planning
• Develop financial forecasts based on consultant utilization and billable hours
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly variance analyses
• Monitor and control corporate overhead expenses
• Ensure compliance with corporate taxes, withholding taxes, and VAT filings
QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required
✔️ Minimum 5–7 years of corporate finance experience
✔️ At least 3 years of experience in a professional services or consulting firm
✔️ Advanced knowledge of project accounting and financial modeling
✔️ Proficiency in accounting/project management systems such as Deltek, NetSuite, QuickBooks Advanced, or similar platforms
✔️ Strong analytical, financial planning, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
