A few first-day essentials for our newest Marquee team member.

We put a lot of thought into the employee experience, starting from the first interaction during recruitment and continuing through onboarding and the day-to-day experience of working here.

That includes giving our team premium tools to do their work, having everything ready when they arrive, and paying attention to the smaller details too.

Our new Marquee merch has our core values built into the design. We wanted something our team would actually enjoy using and wearing, while keeping the values that guide how we work close by.

The MacBook, the merch, the workspace—these are small parts of the overall experience. But we think they matter.

Two moments in Marquee’s growth: Chico signing the lease for our second site, then holding the keys.

It’s a milestone we’re proud of, and a reminder of the responsibility that comes with building something clients and teams will depend on.

As an offshore team builder, Chico is focused on bringing together dedicated Philippine talent, local operating support, and the infrastructure that helps teams become an integrated part of our clients’ businesses.

For clients whose goal is direct ownership, Marquee’s Build–Operate–Transfer model gives that work a clear direction: an operation built from the beginning with eventual transfer in mind.

The second site is another step in expanding that capability. There’s more work ahead, and we’re grateful to be doing it with people who care about getting it right.
