a) Within the city/town of the branch or sa next city/town.
b) Hindi lalampas ng 1 hour ang biyahe mula sa residence hanggang sa branch.
3) Walang overdue balance sa Natasha branch o kaya sa fashion pro.

1) Proof of billing address.
a) Billing of water, electricity, cable or telephone company.
b) Kung walang proof of billing address, kailangan ng Barangay certificate.
2) Valid Government ID with picture.
a) Postal ID
b) SSS ID
c) Driver's License
d) Voter's ID
e) PRC License
f) Passport
g) GSIS ID
3) Interview with credit counter staff
4) Cash bond

1) Written endorsement by Natasha Fashion Pro with credit line of more than Php 100,000
2) Employee ID and proof of salary
3) DTI business permit
INITIAL CREDIT LINE
1) Kung magsubmit po kayo ng required documents
a) Minimum Cash bond-P 500. Maximum cash bond 2,000.
b) Credit line: Cash bond x 2
2) Kung magsubmit kayo ng optional documents
a) Minimum Cash bond-P 500. Maximum cash bond 3,000.
b) Credit line: Cash bond x 2.5
3) Kung Natasha member po kayo na may net paid in sales na at least Php 10,000 sa branch.
a) Minimum Cash bond-P 500. Maximum cash bond 3,000.
b) Credit line: Cash bond x 3.
MAXIMUM NO CHECK CREDIT LINE
15,000 lang po ang puwdeng credit line na walang postdated checks.
