โข Conducting outbound calls for customer retention and new business development;
โข Design and implement a strategic sales plan
โข Manage on a day to basis, customer engagement, interaction, and growth (training, pipeline management, lead tracking, and marketing)
โข Actively hunting new business opportunities by willingly cold calling prospect customers in the defined region
โข Following-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expanding sales opportunities
โข Recommending/up-selling products to meet customer needs
โข Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism
โข Communicate effectively to customers regarding account information, products, pricing, promotions, etc
โข Use leadership to build customer relationships and assist customers in developing solutions
โข Assisting customers with any issues that may arise with their account including tracking, customs, or packaging discrepancies
โข Accurately maintaining call center database
โข Tracking orders to ensure quick delivery and resolving delivery disputes
โข Meeting key performance indicators
