FIRE DRILL ORIENTATION AND SAFETY AWARENESS
On July 13, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, All Win Monkayo, located at Española Street, Poblacion, Monkayo, Davao de Oro, successfully conducted a Fire Drill Orientation and Safety Awareness Seminar for its employees. The activity was led by FO1 Donard Estrada and FO1 James Oppus who shared valuable knowledge and practical guidance on fire prevention and emergency preparedness.
The orientation aimed to strengthen the awareness of all personnel regarding potential fire hazards in the workplace and to ensure that every employee understands the importance of safety and preparedness. During the session, participants were educated on identifying common fire risks, implementing preventive safety measures, and responding appropriately during fire-related emergencies.
BFP Officers thoroughly discussed the proper evacuation procedures, emphasizing the importance of remaining calm, following designated exit routes, and assembling at safe evacuation areas during an emergency. He also demonstrated the correct handling and operation of fire extinguishers, allowing participants to better understand their proper use in controlling small fires before they escalate.
The activity served as an important reminder that workplace safety is a shared responsibility. By equipping employees with essential knowledge and emergency response skills, All Win Monkayo continues to promote a safe, prepared, and resilient working environment for both its personnel and customers.
