You ever feel like you're in an unproductive rut, and you don't seem to know how to get out of it?

Here is a list of things to do to increase your productivity and reach your goals!

Eat the Frog - Eating the frog means to get the worst or hardest task done first thing in the day. Once you get that done, it is all downhill from there!
Set Goals - daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly and celebrate when you reach your goals.
Take Frequent Breaks -Taking breaks is an essential part of having a productive day.
Time block - this will ensure each task make sure you stick to your times and get into a routine
Use your Calendar - input all meetings and reminders into your calendar
Know your limits - do not take on more work than you are capable to do rather get a helping hand
