By availing of our services, customers acknowledge and agree to these policies, including our guidelines on garment care, claims for lost or damaged items, unclaimed laundry, and customer responsibilities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.) Check and count your items before leaving it to our care.
2.) We are not liable for damages caused by normal washing, drying, pre-existing fabrics defects, weak seams, fading, shrinkage, color bleeding or items not suitable for washing machine.
3.) Please inform us of any delicateS, expensive or special care garments before laundry processing. These will be handle with care but remain at the customer's risk.
4.) Valuable must be removed from all the pockets before submitting to laundry. We are not responsible for money, jewelry, gadgets, documents or other belongings left to your laundry.
5.) Customers are advised to inspect their laundry upon claiming, Any concerns must be reported immediately after received.
6.) Rush service is subject for additional charges.
7.) Pick-up and Delivery schedules are subject to weather, road conditions and other unforeseen circumtances.
8.) PAYMENT MUST SETTLE UPON RECEIVING YOUR LAUNDRY AFTER WASH.
9.) Unclaimed clothes will charge for storage after 60 days. In 365 days in not claiming will be at disposal.
