Stress is sometimes inevitable and it can affect you mentally and physically. So here are some tips on how to manage stress:
✔️ Start your day right - Have enough sleep, eat healthy and nutritious food, Start your day positively
✔️ Be Active - take a walk, delegate some time for a15min exercise
✔️ Prioritize and Organize - Make to-do lists and organize those tasks according to their urgency and importance. You can use the Eisenhower Decision Matrix.
✔️ Learn to delegate tasks - Delegate those tasks that are urgent but less important, so that you can focus more on the core tasks.
✔️ Have some 'me time' - Take time to relax and refresh, either you can go watch your favorite movie or do your favorite hobby.
