Thank you to everyone who joined us at our last Roasting Friday!

Together, we explored Filter vs. Espresso Roasts with our Head Roaster, Angelo "Gelo" Tagle, roasted Shilan, and enjoyed a first taste of Samuel Ochea Jr.'s Top 3 and Hermalyn Salido's Top 10 PCQC 2026 coffees, alongside some of Curve's coffees.

Looking for a creamy coffee with a bold, rich kick? We have the ultimate iced coffee recipe for you, featuring our ready-to-brew Signature Cold Brew Blend. Treat yourself to a non-alcoholic Irish Cold Brew right at home.

Ingredients:

・60ml Curve Coffee Cold Brew
・15ml Torani Sugar-Free Hazelnut Syrup
・30ml Full Cream Milk
・15ml Whipped Cream
・Nutmeg powder (for garnish)
・Ice

Instructions:

・Pour the Torani Sugar-Free Hazelnut syrup into your glass.
・Add 60ml of your pre-made Curve Coffee Cold Brew, stir well, and fill the glass with ice.
・In a separate container, whisk the full cream milk and whipped cream together until soft peaks form.
・Layer the cream softly on top of your cold brew.
・Garnish with a dash of nutmeg powder and enjoy!
