ATTENTION: ALL PROPERTY OWNERS

The LAND REGISTRATION AUTHORITY (LRA) issued a memorandum last 26 July 2018 notifying the public that LRA shall finish the digitization/scanning of all manually-issued Certificates of Title in their records on September 30, 2018.

All property owners are required to secure a Certified True Copy of their manually issued title before September 30, 2018 to ensure that the manually issued titles will be digitized and to verify if it's existing in the database records of LRA and its Register of Deeds (RD).

What is Real Property Tax?
