25 ESSPI employees have successfully completed the year-long Leadership Program V2 and were recognized during the Graduation Ceremony held on July 28, 2026, at Somerset Alabang Manila, Filinvest City, Muntinlupa City. 🎓

The Leadership Program V2 at ESSPI is an initiative designed to strengthen the capabilities of current and aspiring people leaders. The program focuses on Leadership Mindset (Head), Coaching and Motivating the Team (Heart), and Managing Performance (Hands). 🌟

This training is in partnership with ITD World Philippines.

On June 25, 2026, 30 participants visited the OptoDev Plant Facility in LIIP, Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna, for an immersive tour of the lens manufacturing process.
