Today, I just want to honor one of our heroes in the Molmisa Group.

One of our key leaders had to take an emergency leave due to serious health concern.

It’s a mix of heaviness and gratitude.

Four years ago, I asked her during the interview: “Where do you see yourself in five years?”

She told us that her partner (now, her husband) is planning to live and work in Australia.

We both agreed, and said, YES.

We accept and let them grow with an open hand.

Hindi natin role na pilitin silang manatili.
Our main role is to let them achieve their highest potentials.

Suportahan ang mga pangarap nila.
Suportahan ang pamilya nila.

Kahit darating ang araw na kailangan nila mag-move on sa buhay para sundan ang life purpose nila.

And here’s the beautiful part:
Whatever we gave Coleen, she gave back double, even triple for our organization.

She’s highly trusted. Reliable. Committed. Selfless.
Rare. Truly irreplaceable.

How do you thank people like this?

It’s beyond words and monetary compensation. It’s more than giving them plaques and awards.

They may be entering a new chapter,
pero habang-buhay silang bahagi ng kwento namin. Nakasulat na sila sa kasaysayan ng kumpanya.

The Teodoros are always be on our wall of the legends. Thank you, Coleen and Renz!! We are always proud of you! See you in Australia. 🫡❤️🇦🇺

I believe in the power of partnerships, but only those grounded in shared values and a common mission.

I’m especially grateful for this training project because it did not come from Mzone Training’s own leads. It came through InsightsPad, an OD firm founded by my friend and best man, Ferds.

At this point in my journey, InsightsPad is the only training company I am officially affiliated with, and that speaks volumes.

As I continue to grow in this industry, I’ve realized something important: we don’t need many partners to succeed. We only need a few trusted people who are deeply aligned with our beliefs, our standards, and our purpose.

I’m thankful that along the way, God continues to lead us to the right people, the right partners, and the right networks. Those built not just on opportunity, but on alignment and trust.

Thank you, InsightsPad, for the opportunity. 🙌🏻

NO PLAN B. LET’S GO, URC FLOUR!! 🚀

Super excited to witness the 2026 growth direction of URC Flour. You can really feel the hunger to win, from launching high-tech plants to strengthening their manpower capacity to better serve the market.

But honestly, what stands out the most for me is the culture.

You can see how the Gokongwei family values are deeply embedded in the organization. Humble leaders. Competent teams. People who are serious about results but still grounded in relationships and purpose. That combination is powerful.

Grateful for the opportunity to serve, learn, and grow with URC Flour. Let’s keep raising the bar. Com’on!! 🥊

One piece of wisdom that guides me is Proverbs 22:4: “Humility is the fear of the Lord; its wages are riches and honor and life.”

This is one of the hardest qualities to develop in life, career, and business, the HQ or the "Humility Quotient."

Because I know that we all carry pride in our hearts. In my books, I said, “Iba-iba lang ang kulay ng ating yabang. May tahimik, may maingay. Lahat tayo ay may tendency yumabang.”

But what keeps us grounded is the humility to recognize that there is no such thing as being truly "self-made." HQ grows when we learn to thank the people who helped us along the way, those who supported, guided, and believed in us.

Humility means being willing to ask for help, to learn from others, and to accept that we don’t know everything.

Above all, it is acknowledging God as the greatest source of our wisdom, strength, and success.

Humility is a lifelong journey, and it requires continuous reflection and honest checking of our hearts and intentions.

Kumusta ang HQ mo? 😊

Wrapping up our presentation and public speaking coaching with one of the leaders of Lingaro Philippines.

This journey consisted of 7 coaching and mentoring sessions, and it has been incredibly fulfilling. Beyond skill-building, it reinforced what we truly believe in—learning is never one-way. As coaches, we also grow, reflect, and learn alongside our coachees. That’s the real beauty of this work.

Special thanks to Engr. Elmer Abunales, Toastmasters President and one of our consultants at Mzone Training, for expertly guiding our coachee in sharpening his communication and leadership presence.

Kudos as well to for her valuable insights and expertise in communication. Lodi talaga! 🙌🏻

2016. I launched my first book.
It sold thousands of copies here in the Philippines and abroad.

Because of that book, I traveled across the country, visited many places, met amazing people, and gained lifelong friends. I felt fulfilled. Mission accomplished. Pure memories. 🥹

Thank you, CSM Publishing, for distributing my book to National Book Store and other bookstores nationwide.

Now, I’m excited for 2026.
After 10 years, a new book is coming. ✍🏼

PEOPLE COME AND GO.

Most people go where they benefit most.
Their loyalty often follows the highest opportunity.

It’s a sad reality of life and business.

But here’s the good news:
not everyone is like that.
There are still a few who reveal their true character during the hardest seasons.
Kahit wala silang nakukuha sa’yo, nariyan sila. They stay. They don’t let go.

And that’s the difference.

It’s not really about loyalty.
It’s about genuine partnership.
The kind that isn’t transactional.
The kind that stands even when there’s nothing to gain.

My former business mentors once told me to expand my network because “network is net worth.”

But as I navigated the real world of business, I learned a deeper, more valuable lesson, one that truly upgraded how I lead and build:

Don’t look for many business partners.
Look for a few trusted ones.

In the end, success isn’t about the number of people around you. It’s about quality.

It’s about selfless people.
Those who help you rise, guard your peace, and walk with you even when the path gets difficult.

Those few?
They’re the real wealth.

The next generation will eventually realize that relationships matter. Life goes beyond the digital screen. Real connections are built offline, far deeper than online followers could ever be.

Bilang leader, we have to be mindful of our words. Our words have power. They can build our people up or tear them down. So choose words that empower, not discourage.

Unang sweldo sa bagong taon!

When you compare your sweldo with others, you either become prideful or you become bitter.

So keep it private. Mind your own business. Whatever your sweldo is, focus on becoming the best version of yourself.

Be consistent and cultivate what is in your hands. That’s the key to success!
