We are looking for an Accounting & Admin Assistant to provide support to the operations department.
💡 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Prepare employee payroll
✔️ Maintain and manage office administrative expenditure
✔️ Maintain, verify, and rectify customer balances in accounts receivable records
✔️ Correspond with customers having long overdue and delinquent balances
✔️ Check and verify vendor bills before making payment advice
✔️ Maintain bank deposits and check payment records
✔️ Reconcile bank records with bank statements
✔️ Provide accounting and administrative support to external audit teams
✔️ Integrate administrative and accounting functions smoothly
✔️ Provide weekly summary reports of transactions, collections & disbursement
💡 QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Experience with MS Office and data programs
✔️ Familiarity with administrative duties
✔️ Experience using office equipment
✔️ Typing speed and accuracy
✔️ Confidentiality
✔️ Organization skills
✔️ Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
✔️ College degree in Accounting or related field
✔️ Proficient with QuickBooks or similar software
