𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿. 💙

The room fills up a little earlier. The conversations run a little longer. And everyone walks out knowing exactly where we're headed, together.

That was yesterday at our FY27 Monthly Townhall.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿. Our BU heads then took the floor to share what they delivered, what they learned along the way, and the goals they're chasing next. Every story was a reminder that progress here is a team effort.

We also celebrated ou𝗿 𝗔𝗜 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 🏅, colleagues who turned curiosity into action. They took AI beyond the buzzword and into their everyday work, finding smarter ways to simplify our processes and help everyone around them work better. As a Microsoft partner helping organisations embrace AI, we're proud that this kind of change starts with our own people.

And because every good townhall deserves a good meal 🍝, we closed the day around one table, sharing lunch and singing happy birthday to our October celebrants. 🎂

Once a month, we step away from our usual routines to reconnect as one Tech One — sharing the progress we’ve made, celebrating the wins along the way, hearing what’s ahead, and spending time with the people behind it all.
