*Job Title:* Client Coordinator - Queen's Logistics Corporation
*Job Summary:*
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to manage the logistics operations for one of our key clients. As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and excellent customer service. *Responsibilities:*
- *Client Relationship Management:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met.
- *Logistics Operations:* Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including scheduling, tracking, and delivery of shipments.
- *Communication:* Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing timely and accurate updates on shipment status, issues, and resolutions.
- *Issue Resolution:* Identify and resolve issues promptly, working closely with internal teams, such as operations, customer service, and sales.
- *Data Management:* Maintain accurate records and reports.
- *Process Improvement:* Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- *Collaboration:* Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
*Required Skillsets:*
- *Logistics Experience:* 1 year of experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field.
- *Communication Skills:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- *Problem-Solving:* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- *Organizational Skills:* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- *Time Management:* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
- *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software.
- *Interpersonal Skills:* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- *Industry Knowledge:* Familiarity with logistics operations, transportation modes, and regulatory requirements.

- *Language Skills:* Fluency in both Filipino and English.
