Romarcom Group held its 2026 Annual Planning, bringing the team together to align on goals, priorities, and ways of working for the year ahead.

Guided by the theme “I’m In. All In.”, the focus was on raising standards, taking initiative, staying disciplined, and being accountable as one team.

From insightful closed-door discussions to energizing team-building activities, every moment reflected our commitment to living the four pillars of ‘I’m In. All In.’ through focus, discipline, commitment and accountability in everything we do.

A Day of Giving Back with Childhope Philippines Foundation, Inc.❤️‍🩹

Romarcom Group spent our volunteer day supporting Childhope Philippines, a foundation dedicated to empowering street children and youth in Metro Manila through education, vocational training, and livelihood programs.

We had the chance to learn how to make traditional Filipino kakanin such as P**o and Palitaw, guided by Childhope alumni. It was a fun, hands-on activity that gave us a closer look at the skills they continue to build through their programs. The p**o and palitaw that the team made were later shared with the children as part of our gift-giving activity, along with Christmas packages prepared for them.

To further support Childhope’s mission, we donated equipment that will help strengthen their livelihood trainings, workshops, and outreach programs.

What a spooktacular celebration it has been! This year’s Trick or Treat brought everyone’s creativity and team spirit to the spotlight as each group transformed their booths into iconic Netflix movie worlds! 🎬👻

From spooky adventures to magical stories, the booths didn’t just hand out sweets, they brought the fun with interactive games, creative challenges, and surprises that kept the kids (and kids-at-heart!) smiling all day long.

And of course, it would not be a Trick or Treat celebration without the sweetest part, the treats! The kids went home with bags full of chocolates, candies, and goodies that made the day even more magical.

Romarcom representatives Rj Angeles and Zaireen Ayacocho participated in the 2025 Philippine Grains Mission to Australia held on October 13–17, 2025 in Perth, Western Australia, organized by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) in partnership with the Government of Western Australia.

Together with Philippine wheat customers and industry peers, the mission aimed to strengthen trade relations between the Philippines and Australia through a 5-day program featuring direct sourcing opportunities, site visits, networking events, and in-depth briefings on the grains and pulses industry, supply chain systems, and trade regulations.

Participants gained valuable insights into Australia’s production, quality assurance, and export processes, which play a vital role in supporting the Philippines’ growing feed and livestock sectors. This engagement underscores Romarcom’s commitment to building global connections and deepening industry knowledge to help ensure a reliable, sustainable, and high-quality supply of wheat and grains that meet the country’s evolving feed and agricultural requirements.
