At the moment, we are experiencing a network connectivity issue from our upstream provider, which is affecting access to Google services and general internet browsing. Initial checks show that external endpoints (such as 8.8.8.8 ) are currently unreachable.

Our upstream partner is already aware of the situation and is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Is X (Twitter) or ChatGPT acting weird? You're not alone! 😩

There's a massive issue right now with Cloudflare (a huge company that helps power a ton of the internet). Think of them as traffic cops for many big websites.

Good News: Our network is totally fine! The problem is out in the wider internet.

If a site won't load and gives you a weird "500" error, just give it a little time. The tech wizards at Cloudflare are on it.

To our valued subscribers,

We hope that you and your families are safe and prepared as Super Typhoon Uwan (International name: Fung-Wong) approaches our area. In order to protect our facilities and minimize possible damage, we will be conducting a temporary shutdown of our wireless internet services starting today, November 8, 2025, at 7:00 AM onwards.

👉 Fiber services will remain active and will not be included in this shutdown. Please note, however, that if your fiber connection goes down, it may be due to damage to the main fiber line caused by the typhoon.

⚠️ Important: Some wireless sites may already be offline earlier than scheduled as part of our precautionary measures, especially in areas that are difficult or unsafe to access during severe weather.

This step is necessary to safeguard our equipment and ensure faster restoration once conditions improve. Our top priority remains the safety of our team and the long-term stability of our network.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Restoration will begin as soon as it is safe to do so, and we will provide updates here on our page.
