Don’t start with design. Start with clarity.

Ask yourself:

What’s the one thing I want them to remember?

What do I want them to do after this?

If you can’t say your message in one sentence, your slides will confuse people.

Write it down. Keep it visible while designing.
Every slide should support that single goal.
If it doesn’t — delete it.

Example:
❌ “Our app has many features.”
✅ “Our app saves users 50% of their time.”

Clear message = clear slides.
