Role 1: Truck Dispatcher (Office Hours)
Role 2: Truck Dispatcher (After-Hours / 24-Hour Coverage)

✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls
✅ Sell and book loads/rides
✅ Assign and dispatch loads to drivers
✅ Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules
✅ Provide drivers with complete trip details
✅ Monitor trips from pick-up to destination
