𝐈'𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟑 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐒𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞.

I recently had a 1-on-1 Zoom session with Josiah Go.
He is one of the most respected marketing strategists in the Philippines.

We started on time.
I came prepared with slides, numbers, and a clear problem:
How do we scale RegentSeal Office Supplies
- A business we’ve been running since 2012
- With (7-digit) gross revenue last year

I was expecting to receive at least some motivation but what I got was something better - Perspective.

*** Reality Check ***
He didn’t sugarcoat anything. He was straightforward.
And that’s exactly what made it Really Really Valuable.

So, instead of pushing “more acquisition,” he told me something that many entrepreneurs overlook:

His message was:

There are things an entrepreneur cannot see from inside the business.

Josiah said that this session was a public service, not a sales pitch. He did not intend to win me over, and buy his products/ services.

I really praise God and was really grateful for this opportunity.

BUT, there was a Question that Caught him Off-Guard:
So, before we wrapped up, I asked him:
“What’s the top advice you’d give to a starting entrepreneur?”
His answer was simple, but deep.

1. Vision makes a big difference. Vision drives behavior.
2. Intent drives strategy. Strategy without intent is noise.
3. Clarity. Without clarity, ex*****on collapses.

That’s it. Really simple but powerdul.
