Who Is Mark Ian Bituin?
I am Mark Ian Bituin, an online freelancer based in the Philippines. I have a wide range of skill set, substantial work experiences and certifications which made me "Jack of all trades, master of some" type of a person. I can do graphic designing, social media marketing, WordPress website quality assurance control and testing, data entry with analysis and other administrative jobs. I graduated from STI College San Pablo with a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
I worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at WPTangerine and Tilden Tasks for a year. They are based in California, United States of America and they offer services for WordPress website owners. I am a detail-oriented person that is why my job as a Software Quality Assurance suits my personality well. It enabled me to help web developers by pointing out faults to the websites they are building and it also enabled me to help web designers by raising the detail/s they missed while doing their design mock-ups. I also made sure that those findings that I raised were properly documented so that our group will come up with corrective and preventive actions.
I also worked as a Process Engineer at Amkor Technology Inc. for almost 2 years. It is an international semiconductor product packaging and test services provider. It provided me certifications in the field of production management such as 8D with Root Cause Analysis, 3x5 Whys, Failure Mode and Systems Analysis (FMEA), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), IATF 16949: Fundamentals and Auditing Technique, and Oracle Agile. Aside from certifications mentioned above, I am also trained in Six Sigma problem-solving approach.
Even before our college graduation ceremony, I also got hired by Alorica as a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal account.
