ENCLAVEWRX COMMUNE: REMOVE OBSTRUCTIONS FROM SIDEWALKS, ROADS, AND LANDSCAPE AREAS
The ENCLAVEWRX Commune appealed to all Pagsibol Village East 1 resident owners to remove all forms of materials/vehicles or illegal structures being temporarily or permanently placed or constructed on the sidewalks, roads and common areas.
In a letter dated on December 26, 2025, the Property Management Office (PMO) reminded all Homeowners Association and residents the proper usage and care of open spaces located within the community such as but not limited to sidewalks, roads, and landscape areas.
In addition, the PMO indicated the guidelines on blockage of open spaces; prohibition of construction structures in open spaces; and community use of sidewalks.
PMO emphasized that these open spaces are intended for the benefit and enjoyment of all resident owners and should remain unobstructed.
PMO said some residents used open spaces for personal storage, parking or other purposes which obstruct and limit the access for other homeowners.
To recall, PMO reiterated the property boundary should not exceed beyond the open spaces.
In line, PMO strictly prohibits construction of any form of structure including but not limited to sheds, fences, and any permanent or semi-permanent structures.
For everyone’s safety, PMO reminded residents to use the sidewalks when walking, jogging, or walking with pets within the subdivision.
On the other hand, PMO also reminded the HOA on section 9 of Deed of Restrictions in the Contract to Sell which states, the association shall maintain and operate the Community Properties in such manner that the present and future owners in the subdivision shall be assured of their functionality and full enjoyment.
For this purpose, PMO said the developer has the right to demand performance of this obligation from the association.
Finally, PMO asked for cooperation and understanding in adhering to these guidelines to maintain the quality, safety and harmony of the community. The homeowners shall be responsible and respect the shared spaces that make our community a pleasant place to live
